💎 1. Introduction
At Zahara Luxury, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across the United Arab Emirates.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

🚚 2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver all across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

International delivery is not available at this time.

🕒 3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once processed, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation with tracking details.

📦 4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within UAE usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination city.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

💰 5. Shipping Charges
Free delivery is available on orders above AED 250.

Orders below AED 250 will incur a standard shipping fee of AED 18.

Any promotional offers related to free shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website during checkout.

🔹 6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery service is available for all UAE orders.

Please ensure you are available at the provided address during delivery to complete the payment.

Refusing or failing to accept COD parcels repeatedly may result in order cancellation or restriction on future COD orders.

Refund and Replacement Period
Customers may request a replacement or report a problem within 30 days of delivery.

Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

🧴 Product Replacement
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Zahara Luxury will replace it free of charge.

If the customer wishes to exchange a non-faulty product, a handling fee of AED 27 applies.

Replacements are accepted only when:

The item is unused,

Returned in its original packaging, and

Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

💰 Refund Policy
Zahara Luxury generally does not offer cash refunds.

In exceptional cases (e.g., item out of stock or shipping error), the following fees apply:

Initial shipping cost: AED 18

Return pickup cost: AED 9

Once approved, the refund amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚠ Special Case Refunds
In rare situations involving fraud risk or security concerns, Zahara Luxury may issue a direct refund to the customer.

Zahara Luxury will bear the refund cost, but the corresponding sale amount will be adjusted in internal records.
